The port of Figueira da Foz ended 2025 with a global movement of around 1.9 million tons, once again falling short of the 2 million barrier and showing a decline compared to the previous year.
According to data released by the Administration of the Port of Figueira da Foz (APFF), the volume recorded represents a drop of 8% when compared to 2024, a year in which the port will have reached 2.1 million tons.
This result reflects a slowdown throughout the year in a port of smaller size and, therefore, particularly exposed to variations in demand and operational and logistical constraints, remaining, nevertheless, close to the level that has served as a reference for its annual activity, although below the performance seen in the previous year.
