São Paulo, February 9, 2026 – Ocean Network Express (ONE) Brasil celebrated, last Friday (6), the inaugural call of the ONE Synergy at the terminal Brazil Port Terminal (BTP)in Santos. The arrival of the vessel marks a maturity in the renewal of the fleet that serves the Brazilian market, reinforcing the company’s commitment to operational efficiency and the global energy transition.

O ONE Synergya giant of the class Neo-Panamaxit has 335 meters long, 51 meters wide and capacity for approx. 13.932 TEUs. The ship operates in the service ONE SX1 (East Coast South America Express 1) and is part of ONE’s expansion plan, which foresees the delivery of 20 new high-tech vessels by the end of this yearwith Latin America as the protagonist in the scales.
Differentiating itself through future-oriented engineering, ONE Synergy was born prepared for alternative fuels, being methanol-ready e ammonia-ready. In addition to a hull design optimized for lower consumption, the ship is equipped with technology shore powerallowing the vessel to connect to the onshore electrical grid while docked, eliminating emissions from auxiliary engines in port.

In addition to fleet modernization, the scale of ONE Synergy reinforces ONE’s ecosystem of digital and sustainable solutions, designed to support shippers in achieving their ESG goals. Among them are the ONE LEAF+which allows the reduction of emissions through the use of certified biofuels with full traceability, and the Eco Calculatora tool that makes it possible to measure and manage the carbon footprint of each shipment.
With a reduction of 63% in Scope 1 emissions intensity (from the 2008 baseline), ONE reaffirms its environmental agenda under the guidance of ONE Mission: Zero Emission. After the stop in Santos, ONE Synergy now continues on its official route to Singapore.
