Ceva opens logistics hub in Perth

Ceva Logistics has opened a 37,000 sq m logistics hub in Perth, Western Australia, replacing its former facility in the city.

Construction of the warehouse commenced in September 2024 and the first two phases were completed in November 2025. All operations previously located at Something’s Abernethy Road location were relocated to this Lakes Road site on April 1.

“This facility has been purpose-built to give our customers greater capacity, flexibility and efficiency, while also supporting their sustainability ambitions through modern infrastructure and smarter energy solutions,” explained Felipe Turravice president, contract logistics Pacific at Ceva. “It positions us well to meet growing demand in Western Australia and deliver long-term value for our customers.”

Ceva said that the Lakes Road site’s access to Perth’s major arterial road and freight networks boosts the company’s ability to serve both regional and national markets.

The facility features 37,000 sq m of internal warehouse space, 13,500 sq m of external hardstand and a 4,600 sq m breezeway. It supports inbound and outbound handling, storage and inventory management, and bonded services, while complementing the company’s existing transport, freight management and project logistics services across Australia.

In addition, the site boasts 700 kW of solar generating capacity, 600 kW battery capacity and 10 EV charging stations.

HLPFI reported last month that Ceva had coordinated a heavy power cargo delivery to Malaysia.
