CMA CGM will launch the new Iberimar service, connecting the Atlantic coast of the Iberian Peninsula with Morocco and the Strait of Gibraltar.
The weekly service will deploy three vessels of approximately 1,700 TEU.
The rotation will call at Tangier, Algeciras, Vigo, Leixões, Lisbon, Casablanca, Agadir and return to Tangier.
According to CMA CGM, the new service is designed to strengthen maritime connectivity between Portugal, northwestern Spain and Morocco through a dedicated regional network.
