CNC has revamped its JTX service by adding new direct calls at Shantou and Batangas, expanding connectivity across its Intra-Asia network.
The upgraded service strengthens links between Japan, China, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and the Philippines.
A key feature of the revised service is the market’s first direct connection from Shantou to Thailand and Cambodia.
CNC said the new routing provides a faster and more efficient shipping option for cargo moving from southern China to Southeast Asia.
The revised service also introduces a dedicated direct connection from Laem Chabang in Thailand and Vung Tau in Vietnam to Batangas in the Philippines.
The new Batangas call also gives exporters an additional cut-off window for shipments to Japan, providing greater flexibility for cargo planning.
The updated port rotation is:
Tokyo – Yokohama – Nagoya – Shantou – Nansha – Laem Chabang – Sihanoukville – Vung Tau – Batangas – Tokyo.

The revamped service will begin with the ASL Hong Kong 0QIOLS1NC voyage, scheduled to arrive in Tokyo on 19 July 2026.
In addition to the new calls, JTX will continue to provide expanded export options from Cambodia via Vung Tau, a direct ThailandâCambodia service with competitive transit times, and an additional VietnamâJapan gateway through Vung Tau.
