Embraer has opened registrations for a selection process aimed at engineering professionals interested in participating in the Engineering Specialization Program (PEE), carried out in partnership with the Aeronautical Technological Institute (ITA). With a single registration, in addition to specialization, candidates can compete for future job opportunities in the Product Development Engineering area.
In this edition, 45 places will be offered for the program, which will last 18 months, will be divided into 4 phases and taught by Embraer experts, ITA professors and guest consultants, scheduled to start in February 2027, in São José dos Campos (SP). Upon completing the program, participants receive a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

The initiative has benefits such as medical and dental insurance, life insurance, food vouchers and a grant of R$5,000.00 in phases 1 and 2, and R$6,000.00 in phase 3. Registration remains open until August 30th and must be done through from this link.
The requirements for participation in the selection process are to have advanced English and a degree in engineering between 2024 and 2026 in aeronautical or aerospace, environmental, automobile, civil, computing, control and automation, electrical, electronics, energy, physics, manufacturing, maintenance, materials, mechanics, mechatronics, metallurgical, mines, naval, nuclear, petroleum, production, chemistry, robotics, systems, software and telecommunications and transport.
In addition to selection for the professional master’s degree, the program also includes a talent pool for future vacancies in the Product Development Engineering area. Those selected approved at this stage will remain active until December 2027 and will be able to be called up for new opportunities without the need to register again or repeat the selection steps.
