ID Logistics has expanded its UK network with the opening of a fourth logistics facility in Rugby, Warwickshire, strengthening its presence in one of the country’s key logistics hubs.

The new site covers more than 62,500 square metres and is certified BREEAM Very Good. It will support a major global online retailer and become one of the largest facilities in ID Logistics UK’s portfolio.

The company has redesigned the warehouse to meet the customer’s operational requirements. Recruitment, systems installation and equipment deployment are already underway. The site is scheduled to begin operations in August 2026.

The facility will employ up to 300 people during peak periods.

The Rugby site expands ID Logistics UK’s national footprint and supports the continued growth of its e-commerce operations.

ID Logistics entered the UK market in 2023. Since then, it has built a multi-site network focused on e-commerce, retail and reverse logistics. The company previously opened facilities in Northampton, Leeds and Sittingbourne, serving customers including Zalando, Camper and Westwing.

With the Rugby facility, ID Logistics UK now operates more than 220,000 square metres of warehouse space and employs nearly 2,000 people across four locations.

Stuart Evans, Managing Director of ID Logistics UK, said the Rugby site marks another important milestone in the company’s UK expansion. He added that the investment reflects continued business growth, strong customer relationships and the commitment of the company’s teams.
