Boskalis Subsea Services and the UK’s Anasuria Operating Company (AOC) have signed a preferred partnership framework agreement to collaborate on inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM), decommissioning and construction activities in the North Sea.
The parties’ long-term collaborative framework is designed to support more efficient planning, improved operational flexibility and seamless project execution across AOC’s offshore assets and includes a dedicated project team, Boskalis said.
The agreement was implemented in April, with the first workscope scheduled to mobilize in September.
“This agreement represents an important step in strengthening our long-term supply chain partnerships and supporting the safe, stable and efficient delivery of our offshore operations,” said Richard BeattieAOC’s CEO.
“Boskalis Subsea Services has demonstrated a collaborative approach that aligns strongly with our operational values and long-term vision. Through this framework, we have the flexibility, capability and planning support needed to respond effectively to both planned and emergent work scopes while continuing to drive operational excellence across our assets.”
AOC was incorporated as a private limited company in England and Wales in July 2015. It is a joint operating company held equally by Ping Petroleum UK Limited, wholly owned by Ping Petroleum, and Anasuria Hibiscus UK Limited, wholly owned by Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad, to be the operator of the Anasuria Cluster.
