Akkon Lines has extended its East Africa–Indian Subcontinent (EAS) service to Mogadishu, Somalia, accoring to DynaLiners.
Under the revised setup, two vessels of around 1,700 TEU will operate the service on a fortnightly basis.
The updated rotation is: Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Karachi, Dar es Salaam, Mombasa, Mogadishu and back to Nhava Sheva.
The extension adds direct Mogadishu coverage to Akkon Lines’ EAS network, strengthening connectivity between the Indian Subcontinent and East Africa.
