NPM sells Dieseko Group to DevCo

NPM Capital has sold its stake in Dieseko Group to Helsinki-based investment and development firm DevCo.

Headquartered in Sliedrecht, Dieseko is a global supplier of deep foundation equipment and solutions. Through its ICE and PVE brands, the company develops, manufactures, rents and services specialised equipment for infrastructure, construction, nearshore and offshore projects worldwide.

NPM said it is exiting its investment after 12 years of ownership, during which Dieseko expanded its international footprint and strengthened its position as a global market leader in deep foundation equipment.

DevCo plans to support the company’s next phase of growth by accelerating product innovation and reinforcing Dieseko’s leadership in the global deep foundations market.
