Bunge and Associated British Ports (ABP) have handled more than 1m tonnes of grain and oilseeds through their joint agribulk operations at the Port of Immingham since the partnership began in 2022.
The operation combines ABP’s port infrastructure at Immingham with Bunge’s international sourcing, processing, merchandising and logistics network. It handles both imported feed ingredients and UK-origin agricultural commodities for export, linking domestic producers with international markets.
The partnership began in 2022 with the commissioning of Shed 35, a purpose-built agribulk storage facility at ABP’s Humber International Terminal. Following strong demand, the companies subsequently expanded the operation with Shed 36.
The two facilities have increased total storage capacity at the site to approximately 75,000 tonnes, establishing one of the largest agribulk handling hubs in the Humber region.
