Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone has established Indian Ocean Gateway Terminal in Oman through its wholly owned international holding company. Incorporated on 21 October 2026 with share capital of OMR 500,000, the entity supports APSEZ’s strategy of expanding overseas operations and developing a more geographically diversified transport business.
The Adani Ports Oman subsidiary, Indian Ocean Gateway Terminal, has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani International Ports Holdings Pte Ltd, which is itself wholly owned by APSEZ.
The structure makes the Omani company a step-down subsidiary of the listed Indian ports and logistics operator. APSEZ disclosed the development on 22 October, a day after incorporation.
Indian Ocean Gateway Terminal has share capital of OMR 500,000, divided into 100 shares of OMR 5,000 each. Adani International Ports Holdings owns the entire shareholding.
