TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks has leased 80,000 sq. ft. at its Visakhapatnam park to ATC Tires AP Pvt. Ltd., a Yokohama Group company. The operational warehouse will serve as a mother hub for domestic distribution and export support, handling passenger car and off-highway tyres across several brands.
The ATC Tires Visakhapatnam warehouse has commenced operations at TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks’ facility in Andhra Pradesh, adding a central storage and distribution hub to the tyre manufacturer’s logistics network.
Announced on 21 October 2026, the lease covers 80,000 sq. ft. The facility will support domestic supply chains and export operations while improving access to industrial and manufacturing markets.
Its role as a mother hub places the warehouse within the company’s wider distribution structure, providing a location from which inventory can be organised for onward movement. The announcement does not disclose the lease tenure, rental value or expected annual throughput.
