The award panel praised Bahri Dry Bulk for operating Saudi Arabia’s only national-flag dry bulk fleet and maintaining a vital role in transporting essential commodities, including grains, fertilizers, and industrial raw materials across major global trade routes.

Managing an owned fleet of 13 vessels with reach spanning 150 ports, the company has consistently expanded its capabilities while focusing on safety and operational excellence. The judges also highlighted Bahri Dry Bulk’s milestone order for 6 geared Ultramax dry bulk carriers, a landmark move that supports the growth and development of Saudi Arabia’s domestic shipbuilding and maritime ecosystem.
