Chronopost offer services through ChatGPT

French carrier Chronopost has made its services available through ChatGPT. The company said it is the first carrier in France to do so, as of September 25, 2026.

Once the module is installed, parcel recipients will be able to track their shipments in real time with a text query and locate drop-off or pick-up points.

Customers sending parcels can obtain personalized price estimates for their shipments. Generating shipping labels on Chronopost.fr is also simplified, using information pre-filled during the purchasing journey.
