Costamare reported adjusted net income of $89.4 million for the third quarter of 2026, compared with $98 million in the same period last year. The company also reported approximately $6 billion in contracted containership revenues, supported by long-term charter agreements.
Adjusted earnings from continuing operations reached $0.74 per share, down from $0.81 a year earlier. Meanwhile, net income from continuing operations available to common stockholders stood at $88.5 million, compared with $92.6 million in the third quarter of 2025.
Voyage revenue declined by 1.8% to $212.1 million, from $215.9 million a year earlier. Costamare attributed the decrease mainly to lower charter rates for certain vessels and additional off-hire days, primarily linked to scheduled dry-dockings.
Despite the decline in quarterly earnings, the company’s liquidity reached $733.1 million at the end of September 2026.
