The following article regarding Europe and Africa bunker fuel availability has been provided by online marine fuel procurement platform ENGINE for post on Singapore bunkering publication Manifold Times:

Fuel availability is tight at the ARA bunkering hub for prompt deliveries, and buyers are advised lead times of 5-7 days to get competitive offers from a wide selection of suppliers, a trader told ENGINE.

In Rotterdam, B100 is priced at discount of more than $200/mt to LSMGO, which keeps its demand high in the Dutch port.

The ARA’s independently held fuel oil stocks averaged 2% higher in October, compared to September’s monthly average, according to Insights Global data.
