IMC Logistics' zero-emission hydrogen fuel cell truck pulled a specially built trailer carrying the drivers during the globally televised parade at COTA in Austin, Texas.
When Formula 1’s top drivers lined up for the pre-race Grand Prix Drivers’ Parade at Circuit of The Americas Oct. 25, IMC Logistics moved the tradition forward. Literally.
A zero-emission hydrogen fuel cell truck from IMC Logistics (CCJ Top 250, No. 49) pulled a specially built trailer carrying the drivers during the globally televised parade. Khari Burton, IMC’s Pacific Region zero-emissions program manager and an experienced operator of the company’s hydrogen fleet, was behind the wheel.
Will Connell, gulf region president of IMC Logistics, said the high-profile assignment underscored both its precision logistics capabilities and its growing fleet of zero-emissions equipment.
