Maersk updates fuel fees in Australia and New Zealand

Maersk has announced new Intermodal Fuel Fee levels for landside transportation services in Australia and New Zealand.

The new rate represents a reduction from the 27% fee applied during October.

In New Zealand, Maersk will maintain the Intermodal Fuel Fee at 27% from 1 November.

The carrier introduced the fee on 16 March 2026. It appears as EFS for exports and IFS for imports.
