Posten expands capacity as volume of parcels delivered to lockers rises

Posten Bring has increased capacity at 300 of its parcel locker (Pakkebokser) locations in Norway ahead of the Christmas shopping season, when it expects a record number of parcels to pass through the lockers.

The operator said the number of parcels delivered to the lockers rose by approximately 50% from January to September compared with the same period last year. Last year’s Christmas record was surpassed as early as August, according to Posten.
