Skyways Air Services Limited, formerly operating under the name Skyways Air Services Private Limited, has officially declared a strategic financial initiative aimed at fortifying its Middle Eastern logistics operations. According to the latest regulatory disclosures submitted to the prominent financial exchanges, the integrated logistics and transportation provider is injecting additional equity into its foreign subsidiary, Skyways SLS Cargo Services LLC, which is incorporated and headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The formal intimation was meticulously executed pursuant to Regulation 30, read in conjunction with Regulation 30(4), of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ensuring complete alignment with statutory market transparency protocols.

The principal objective underpinning this acquisition of supplementary equity is to adequately finance the ongoing working capital requirements of the Dubai subsidiary. As explicitly outlined in the regulatory filings directed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, this strategic financial allocation qualifies as a related-party transaction. The promoters of Skyways Air Services Limited maintain a beneficiary interest in the target entity owing to its direct subsidiary classification. Nevertheless, the parent organisation has categorically affirmed that the entire transaction is being conducted strictly on an arm's-length basis, thereby safeguarding corporate governance standards. The projected timeline for the formal completion of this acquisition spans approximately thirty days. Furthermore, the company has noted that no specific governmental or regulatory approvals have been identified as mandatory prerequisites for this investment to proceed.
