Transworld Shipping Lines Signs Agreement to Buy Saltwind Explorer for US$16.5 Million

Transworld Shipping Lines Limited has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to buy the vessel Saltwind Explorer from Saltwind Explorer Inc. The consideration is US$16,500,000. The company informed the BSE and NSE that the agreement was signed on 19 October 2026.

Transworld Shipping Lines is the buyer and Saltwind Explorer Inc. is the seller. The stated purpose is the purchase of the vessel “Saltwind Explorer”. The company said the seller is not related to its promoter group, and that the deal is not a related-party transaction.

The filing was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, along with the related SEBI circular on disclosure of material events, with the details given in the prescribed annexure.
