Wärtsilä and WinGD have signed a new long-term Service Framework Agreement, reaffirming their commitment to supporting shipowners and operators worldwide through global service capabilities for two-stroke marine engines.
Building on a collaboration established in 2015, the agreement confirms Wärtsilä’s continued role as an authorised global service provider for WinGD, Wärtsilä and Sulzer-branded two-stroke engines. The arrangement aims to ensure continuity of technical support while giving customers greater flexibility in choosing service solutions for their fleets.
WinGD chief executive Dominik Schneiter said: “Our promise to customers is trusted, responsive and reliable support throughout the complete lifecycle of their engines; anytime, anywhere.”
