COLI Group parts ways with CSL Shipping

German shipping and logistics company COLI Group has cut ties with CSL Shipping, bringing the partnership to a close. The two companies formed a strategic partnership in December 2023 to market CSL’s multipurpose vessel, Jian Yang Hua Qing.

Now, some two and a half years later, COLI Group said it was time to cut ties. “Over the past two years, the collaboration has led to a range of successful projects and valuable experiences on both sides,” COLI Group said. “As both organisations continue to move forward with their own focus and priorities, this was a natural moment to finalise the partnership.”

The three vessels that were added to the joint venture’s fleet in July, 2025, Asian Victory, Fazah I and Royal Iwill be operated by CSL in the future.

As for COLI Group, together with its unit, Asia Break Bulk (Singapore)it remains fully committed to supporting its clients. COLI Group managing director, Felix Peinemanntold HLPFI that the company will serve its clients with vessels on trip charters.

“We are actively screening the market for voyage and time charter tonnage, which we expect to have in our fleet after the summer season,” Pienemann said.
