A$11.7bn Qube Holdings takeover becomes effective

Qube Holdings Limited confirmed yesterday “that an office copy of the orders made by the Supreme Court of New South Wales approving the proposed scheme of arrangement pursuant to which Rubik Australia Pty Limited (Bidder) will acquire 100% of the shares in Qube (the Scheme) has been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The Scheme is now legally effective”.
The acquirer is a consortium led by Macquarie.
