Heidmar Maritime Holdings has completed the acquisition of QShipping B.V., strengthening its ship management operations and expanding its presence in Europe.
The acquisition, became effective on 1 July 2026, adds nine vessels to Heidmar’s managed fleet and establishes operating bases in the Netherlands and Türkiye, alongside a dedicated crewing operation in Ukraine.
The transaction was completed for approximately US$0.2 million, funded through existing cash resources, with no regulatory approvals or post-closing conditions outstanding.
Following the acquisition, Heidmar now manages around 50 vessels under commercial management and 16 vessels under technical management.
The company said the deal supports its asset-light growth strategy by expanding its geographic footprint and strengthening its in-house technical and crewing capabilities. The Netherlands and Türkiye will serve as key regional hubs, positioning Heidmar closer to shipowners and major cargo markets while providing a platform for further fleet growth.
“This acquisition is a clear example of how we intend to grow Heidmar—adding vessels and expanding into new markets with minimal capital and immediate operational upside,” said Pankaj Khanna, Chief Executive Officer of Heidmar. “It is a small investment with strategic value, and it reflects the disciplined, capital-efficient way we plan to build the Company.”
