Trailer manufacturer Goldhofer will invest more than USD20 million to establish its first North American production facility, which will be located in Hickory, North Carolina.
The project, Goldhofer said, would create at least 80 new jobs by the end of 2030 and significantly strengthening its manufacturing and service capabilities across the North American market.
The Hickory facility will be constructed on Lot 5 at Trivium Corporate Center, with an initial 80,000 sq ft production hall. Additional phases of development are planned as the company continues to expand its footprint and meet growing customer demand throughout North America.
