Finland-headquartered Nurminen Logistics has appointed Mikko Kuusilehto as CEO, effective January 1, 2027.
Spruce grove currently serves as group ceo of To doa Finnish firm that manufactures and sells drilling tools for mining and construction markets. Kuusilehto succeeds Olli Pohjanvirta at Nurminen Logisticswho will remain as ceo until December 31, 2026 and will then act as an advisor to his successor during the company’s agreed transition period. Pohjanvirta will continue in his roles as a member of the board of directors of Nurminen Logistics and its subsidiary, North Rail.

The board of directors is convinced that he has the right prerequisites to lead Nurminen Logistics in its next phase of development and strengthen the company’s position in the international market,” said Irmeli Rytkönenchairman of the board of directors of Nurminen Logistics.
