Paulínia: a choice for those seeking industrial growth and quality of life

Paulínia continues to consolidate its prominent position on the national and international industrial scene. Recognized as one of the most important petrochemical hubs in Latin America, the city is going through a period of considerable expansion.

The city is preparing to receive an investment of R$12 million in road works related to the new Gran Reserva Treviso subdivision, which are residential and commercial land located in a gated community. This application aims to expand road infrastructure and contribute to improving mobility in the region.

Furthermore, the municipality in the interior of São Paulo has considerable logistical potential. Paulínia is located approximately 22 kilometers from Campinas, the city where Viracopos International Airport is located (one of the largest hubs logistics in Latin America), in addition to being connected to important highways in the State, including Professor Zeferino Vaz, Anhanguera, Bandeirantes and Dom Pedro I.

This proximity to the airport and connection to highways makes the agile flow of inputs and products a competitive advantage for companies located in the region and consolidates the city as a prominent logistics hub. Sectors such as energy, storage and distribution, in addition to the chemical and petrochemical industries, have strong growth potential in the city.

According to Granlote Urbanismo, the choice of cities in the interior of São Paulo has grown in recent years, especially when factors such as quality of life, infrastructure and ease of access to large centers are considered. This fact makes Paulínia, above all, a frequent destination for those looking for real estate investments and quality of life in the interior.
