According to the company, among the investments made in the first quarter of 2026 are the incorporation of new cold chain infrastructure, new vehicles for its own fleet and improvements to distribution centers located in São Bernardo do Campo.
Furthermore, another highlight that the company presented to the market in the year of its 55th anniversary was the completion of qualification as a CLIA (Customs Industrial Logistics Center). This qualification allows the industrialization of goods in secondary zones and expands the possibilities for adding value in Brazil.
In a scenario marked by geopolitical instability, increased logistics costs and loss of competitiveness, customs logistics in secondary zones gains importance by enabling international stocks, reducing risks, greater operational predictability and retaining added value in the national territory.
The company also innovated by opening its own operating room at the Guarulhos Airport Cargo Terminal (TECA-GRU). The terminal manages high-tech and pharmaceutical products. This new structure allows direct action in the primary zone, integrating import and export with greater agility and visibility. It also contributes to reducing risks in the flow of cargo to the secondary zone, such as the AGESBEC bonded warehouse and its distribution centers, in addition to facilitating integration between customers, the Federal Revenue Service (RFB) and the Cargo Terminal.
“Our DNA has always been to be a pioneer in the sector in which we operate. In the medium term, AGESBEC must double its operational capacity, with massive investments aimed at attracting new customers to the secondary zone, supported by a network of national and international hubs”, stated Ricardo Drago, president of AGESBEC.
