Air France has extended its flight cancellations to Dubai until 7 November and Riyadh until 12 December 2026, prolonging disruption on two important Middle East routes. The decision, announced on 29 October, comes amid continuing regional security concerns and follows several schedule extensions by international airlines. The latest changes also add to uncertainty for passengers and businesses relying on air connectivity between Europe and the Gulf.
The latest extension means Air France services to and from Dubai will remain suspended until 7 November, while flights connecting France with Riyadh will remain cancelled until 12 December 2026.
The airline initially suspended flights to both destinations on 28 February 2026, following US and Israeli strikes on Iran and the subsequent closure of airspace across parts of the region. Since then, the carrier has revised its operating schedule several times as the security situation has evolved.
The latest dates represent the end of the currently announced cancellation periods. However, they should not be treated as confirmed restart dates, as the resumption of services will depend on operational and security assessments.
