Aramex is sharpening its focus on India-origin exports, particularly from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, as it looks to expand its business under the Accelerate 5X strategy. Marking 30 years of operations in India, the logistics provider plans to strengthen its support for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and exporters seeking access to international markets, with India positioned as a priority market in its 2030 growth plans.

The company aims to build a more integrated logistics network connecting Indian businesses with markets across the Middle East, Europe, North America and other regions. Its strategy combines international express, freight forwarding, contract logistics and customs capabilities to support businesses with cross-border supply chain requirements.

Aramex plans to place greater emphasis on export opportunities emerging from smaller commercial and manufacturing centres. Businesses in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities are increasingly looking to serve overseas customers, creating demand for reliable international shipping, freight and customs services.

The company intends to strengthen its engagement with MSMEs and export-oriented businesses, helping them navigate cross-border logistics and reach customers in overseas markets.
