Denzai has concluded a capital and business alliance with Hokkaido-based crane rental and maintenance businesses Sunwa Juki and Sunwa Seibi. The agreement was signed in Kitahiroshima on October 30 through Denzai Juki, the group’s core company in Hokkaido. Denzai chairman Masato Uemura will join Sunwa Juki’s board as part of the arrangement.
Founded in 1968, Sunwa Juki provides crane rental services and employs 48 people. Sunwa Seibi, established in 1980, maintains cranes, trailers and related equipment, with a workforce of 15. Both companies are based in Kitahiroshima.
Uemura said the alliance would combine the companies’ technical capabilities and personnel to strengthen their business supporting Hokkaido’s infrastructure.
Sunwa Juki representative director Kazuhiro Hoshiba said the agreement would allow the businesses to draw on their respective strengths while building on Sunwa’s existing technical capabilities and customer relationships.
