DP World’s Shipping Solutions AMEA business will launch the China Africa Link, a new weekly service designed to strengthen maritime connectivity between the Far East and the growing markets of East and Southern Africa.
The service is scheduled to commence in late November 2026 and will give customers greater choice, enhanced market access and more resilient supply chains.
The rotation calls at Shanghai, Ningbo and Nansha in China, followed by Port Klang Westport in Malaysia, Dar es Salaam in Tanzania, Maputo in Mozambique and Singapore, before returning to Shanghai.
It will carry machinery, electronics, construction materials and automotive components from China, alongside African exports such as agricultural products, minerals and other commodities.
