FedEx reported revenue of $22.9 billion for the third quarter of calendar 2026, up approximately 12% from $20.4 billion a year earlier. The company benefited from higher package yields, increased freight volumes and ongoing cost reductions.
Operating income rose to $1.07 billion from $972 million in the same quarter of 2025. However, reported net income from continuing operations fell to $290 million from $645 million, partly reflecting a non-cash loss associated with its retained investment in FedEx Freight.
Adjusted net income from continuing operations increased to $896 million from $693 million. Meanwhile, adjusted diluted earnings per share reached $3.74, compared with $2.93 a year earlier.
FedEx’s Express International segment generated revenue of $7.47 billion, an increase of 17% year over year. International freight revenue rose by 28% to $1.44 billion, supported by higher shipment weights and improved yields.
