GlobeCross has opened its new headquarters at Frankfurt Airport, bringing together its eCommerce logistics, customs clearance and import terminal teams under one roof following the merger of heyworld and CB Customs Broker.

The new office is intended to improve collaboration, streamline decision-making and support the company’s growth by bringing key business functions closer together at one of Europe’s major logistics hubs.

A wholly owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Cargo, GlobeCross supports businesses moving goods into and across Europe through its cross-border eCommerce logistics and customs services. The new headquarters reflects the company’s development into an integrated provider of these services, with a focus on operational efficiency, innovation and customer service.

“We have moved beyond the boundaries that once separated two organisations and created a shared gateway where our cultures, values and expertise come together,” said Ashwin Bhat, CEO of Lufthansa Cargo. He added that the move aligned with Lufthansa Cargo’s mission of enabling global business.
