UK health and wellness retailer Holland & Barrett has announced it is to invest €17.5m (US$19.5m) across digital and retail fulfilment in Ireland over the next three years.
A total of €8.2m (US$9.2m) of the investment will go towards developing a new digital fulfilment model over three years, with the remaining €9.3m (US$xxm) dedicated to existing retail fulfilment operations with Kildare-based Road Truck Services (RTS).
From November 1, 2026, fulfilment of Holland & Barrett’s Irish online orders will move from the UK to Ireland through an expanded three-year partnership with RTS, building on an eight-year relationship spanning import, customs, warehousing and distribution.
