Cadeler has opened a new office in Rotterdam, expanding its presence in a key European maritime and offshore wind hub. The office will accommodate operations, engineering and technical teams supporting the company’s activities in the Netherlands and across Europe.
The move strengthens Cadeler’s access to local maritime expertise and industry partners as it expands its services across the offshore wind chain, including foundation transportation and installation, and operations and maintenance.
“Through this office we can strengthen our maritime, operations, engineering and technical teams and work even more closely with our local partners and even more directly on our projects in the Netherlands and across Europe,” said Karel Wagner, vice president, head of asset development and general manager Netherlands.
Rotterdam becomes Cadeler’s fifth global office, joining Copenhagen, Vejle, Norwich and Taipei. The company operates a fleet of 11 jack-up offshore wind installation vessels.
