SFL to Acquire Containerships and VLAC in $365 Million Deal

SFL has agreed to minimum eight-year time charters to a leading liner company from delivery for the two container vessels. It stated that charters may be extended up to another four years, with purchase options at the end of years eight, 10, and 12 – including a profit-sharing feature.
