Spirit of Melbourne renamed TW Vijay

Maersk has announced that the vessel Spirit of Melbourne, deployed on its OCEANIA service, has been renamed TW Vijay.

The name change took effect on 27 October 2026 following a change in the vessel’s ownership.

Maersk did not identify the new owner or announce any related changes to the vessel’s deployment or OCEANIA service schedule.
