Cambodian and Thai leaders meet but make no breakthrough on border

CEBU, Philippines/PHNOM PENH — The Thai and Cambodian prime ministers met for the first time in more than six months on Thursday but failed to reach a significant breakthrough to repair fraught bilateral relations — even though Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr, who mediated the discussion, said some unspecified agreements were reached.
