SINGAPORE — Grab, Southeast Asia’s ride-hailing and delivery giant, is facing public concerns in Taiwan over its use of a China-linked mapping system in its Southeast Asia operations, a controversy that could complicate regulatory approval for its planned acquisition on the island.
