Grupo Potencial, active in the energy, fuels, agribusiness and sustainable solutions sectors, announced an investment of R$4.5 million for the creation of a new port logistics company, BWSwhich will be based in Paranaguá, Paraná.

According to the group, BWS will specialize in port logistics and container transport, marking the company’s entry into this strategic segment. The start of operations is scheduled for February 2026, with estimated capacity to move around thousand containers per monthboth in import and export.
The investment will be allocated to the organization of the yard, the prior positioning of containers and meeting the group’s internal demands. Caique Tossulinodirector of operations at BWS, highlighted that the company’s main objective is to provide greater control over the supply chain, structuring and integrating all stages of the backport operation, especially in the movement and storage of containerized liquid cargo.
Currently, Grupo Potencial’s storage costs total around R$600,000 per month, and the expectation is that BWS will contribute to significantly reducing this value, in addition to bringing more logistical efficiency. The company’s headquarters will be 2.3 kilometers from the port area and will feature modern machines, an integrated management system for real-time operational monitoring, cargo tracking and its own fleet of trucks.
With the creation of BWS, Grupo Potencial reinforces its strategy of expanding its operations in the logistics sector, ensuring greater autonomy and efficiency in the movement of its products and customer service.
