India and Vietnam agree on energy, minerals, rare earth ties

NEW DELHI — Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Vietnamese President To Lam on Wednesday held wide-ranging discussions on cooperation in sectors such as energy, critical minerals, rare earths and supply chain resilience as they sought to further boost their partnership and raise bilateral trade to $25 billion by 2030.
