KUALA LUMPUR — U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran are unlikely to trigger terrorist attacks in Indonesia, as the division between Sunni and Shiite Muslims has discouraged retaliations by regional terror cells, former militant leaders tell Nikkei Asia.
