KUALA LUMPUR — Former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak was ordered by the High Court on Tuesday to pay $1.3 billion to a company under the Finance Ministry for abuse of power and breaching fiduciary duties in connection with the multibillion-dollar 1MDB scandal, local media reported.
