TAOYUAN, Taiwan — Taiwan’s leading chip substrate supplier Kinsus is spending billions of dollars to expand capacity and upgrade technology to keep up with the needs of Nvidia and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. in the race to capture more of booming AI demand.
