Disclosure / ICTSI

ICTSI (International Container Terminal Services), a multinational of Philippine origin and the largest independent port operator in the world, completed the total purchase process of the logistics operator iTracker, a company operating in the Port of Rio. The Philippine company already owned 70% of the project, and has now increased its ownership to 100%.

With more than 30 Port Terminals spread across Brazil and the world, ICTSI acquired the license to operate a container terminal in the Port of Rio in 2019. In addition, it obtained full ownership of the former Inhaúma Shipyard, in Rio de Janeiro, which closed its doors during Operation Lava Jato.

Located close to the Port of Rio and the BR 040 and Rodovia Presidente Dutra highways, iTracker offers multimodal service with extension to the Barra Mansa Railway and Bus Terminal, both of which are capable of offering cutting-edge logistics solutions to the market.
