Among the highlights is the concession auction for Galeão International Airport, won by operator RIOgaleão, with a bid of approximately R$2.9 billion. The operation marks a new phase for the terminal, which seeks to regain its relevance in the national and international air scene.

In the port sector, the refloating of the ship “Professor Vladimir Bersnou”, which took place at the Valongo pier, in the Port of Santos, remains a priority for the port authority. The operation, estimated at more than R$8.6 million, involves complex actions aimed at navigation safety and environmental preservation.

The program also highlighted the strengthening of entrepreneurship in Brazil. According to a study by Instituto Locomotiva in partnership with Sebrae, class C entrepreneurs already represent almost half of business owners in the country, highlighting a structural change in the profile of Brazilian entrepreneurs.

Another point discussed was the trajectory of the Porto Industry Meeting, which evolved from a regional event to a national initiative, promoting integration between strategic sectors for the country’s development.

Expanding dialogue between industry, ports and logistics has proven fundamental to increasing Brazilian competitiveness, especially in the face of global challenges and the need for continuous innovation.

With this set of initiatives, Brazil reinforces the importance of infrastructure as a basis for sustainable economic growth and competitive insertion in the international market.
