Hellmann and Motherson joint venture appoints management team as operations begin

MH Supply Chain Limited (MHSCL), the joint venture established by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (Motherson), has appointed its management team. The team took up its roles in October 2026, marking the start of the company’s operations.

Gordon Barnard is chief executive officer, Prashant Goyal is chief operating officer, Arun Parackal is chief digital officer, and Nayan Malpani is chief financial officer.

Barnard was previously chief commercial officer at Hellmann IMEA, where Parackal was VP of customer excellence and digital transformation and innovation.
